Case Consultation
Do you need guidance navigating the complexities of trauma – issues like physical, sexual, emotional, and spiritual abuse within your church community? Together, we’ll explore trauma-informed, spiritually sensitive approaches tailored to your unique challenges. I provide case consultation to help you care for those impacted by trauma, facilitate delicate conversations, and discern when clinical mental health treatment may be needed. With compassion and expertise, I’m here to support you in this sacred work.

Case consultation is available for individuals worldwide, and consultees may choose to have appointments in person or by video. In-person appointments take place in the Louisville, Kentucky metro area. Video appointments take place using Zoom.

Most case consultation sessions last 45-50 minutes; however, longer sessions can be scheduled depending on your unique needs. Many consulteees wish to schedule a series of sessions, and flexible packages are available.

Colleen’s rate is $165 per 45- to 50-minute session.
There is a travel fee of $165 per hour (pro-rated in 15-minute increments) for in-person appointments that take place in the Louisville, Kentucky metro area but not at Colleen’s office (near I-64 and Hurstbourne Parkway).

We will ask you to complete an electronic form prior to your consultation session. We may also provide you with some tips to prepare for the session.
If we mutually agree that it would be beneficial for Colleen to meet with the case subject and/or any collaterals, we may ask them to complete an electronic form prior to the meeting.
